Amplitude parameter:

Frequency parameters:

We make the resonant frequency of each welding head adjusted to make the resonant frequency and design frequency error less than 0.1KHZ, such as the 20KHz welding head, the welding head frequency control at 19.90-20.10KHz, the error is 5 per thousand.

The rotary welder is suitable for circular plastic outside the range of ultrasonic wave. It is suitable for circular products which are not easy to melt and connect with plastic and have high toughness, such as dehydrating container, turbine car filter oil cup, water spray joint, hot water bottle gas gallbladder, heat preservation cup, ball like toys, paint barrel, heat preservation pan, filter center, buoy and so on.
