Common problems and solutions in the work of hot-melt machine:

1, the stigma is too small after hot melt

(1) low temperature

The more obvious phenomenon is that everything is done as required. After the hot melt ends, it can be seen that the stigmas are smaller, the parts are relatively loose, and even can be separated between them. If you look at the thermostat at this time, you can see that the actual temperature does not match the set temperature from the top of the thermostat screen. The solution is to see if the thermocouple switch is turned on, otherwise, turn on the thermocouple switch first. The next thing to do is wait for the actual temperature to reach the set temperature before making the hot melt.

(2) the hot melt head and the hot-melt column are not a straight line after the hot melt end. It can be seen that the structural components can be seen that only part of the hot-melt hot-melt, in appearance, seems to have been forced to bend the suspect. Different from the low temperature, the structural components are very strong.

The solution is: if the hot melt is normal, reassemble the good components of the component assembly, indicating that the previous placement is not in place. If it is still the same, it is necessary to debug or reposition the luminaire. (3) the time of hot melt is too short

When you press the start button and find the dislocation and deflection of the structural components, when the emergency stop button is pressed, the impact of the fixture base and the column makes the structural members back to the normal state, then the emergency button is pulled, and the hot-melt machine continues to melt. After hot-melt observation, it can be seen that the stigma of the hot-melt column is small. The reason is that the pressure and melting time are divided into two parts: emergency shutdown and pressure and hot melt, which indicates that the melting time is insufficient. The solution is: put the hot-melt fixture, hot-melt again.

2, after the separation of thermal structure

(1) structural separation due to impact of fixture base and stop column.

When awake, the assembly of the assembly structure is entered into the fixture, and after the end of the assembly is finished, the separation of the components can be seen. If we put the structural components into the fixtures and look at the end of the hot melt, it is found that when the fixture base is near the limiter, the obvious impact makes the structural parts separate before the hot melt. After nature, the heat melts are also separated. The solution is to take a look at the actual running time and the configuration time of the process. If the latter is larger than the former, the speed of the process can be adjusted directly on the limiter; if both are equivalent to the first resetting, then the current limiter is adjusted, the effect of the structure on the component is not separated.

(2) the assembly structure is not in place

Especially when the night shift is sleepy, the self feeling assembly is very good, but the post hot melting structural parts are separate. It is clear to others that the hot-melt operator is only instinctively engaged in the cycle of the assembly - hot melt - removal process, and there is no clear understanding of whether the assembly is in place. In other words, as long as a hot-melt operator is assembled, no matter whether the assembly is fused into a fixture or not, what is not the truth after the separation of the hot-melt structure! You can think about it: self feeling is a hot-melt OK product. How can we get so many hot melt parts from the next station?

The solution is: people wake up and work on hot-melt machines.

(3) the hot-melt column is too short

Even if everything is carried out according to the normal operating rules, when the hot melt adhesive is finished, the structural parts will be separated when the structural parts are removed from the hot melt fixture. If the thermal melting process is observed throughout the process, it is found that after the hot melt end, the fixtures have not been taken out of the structural components, and their assembly is very suitable, but the thermal imprinting is not enough to play a fixed role and separate.

The solution is to reduce the height of the hot-melt head as much as possible without any adverse effects or replace the hot melt head of the tip end. The aim is to increase the column head of the hot-melt column as much as possible to make the structural parts more firmly fixed.
