Plastic welding, hot plate machine, rotary melting machine according to the different heating and softening methods, plastic welding can be divided into several kinds of softening through external heat source, softening through mechanical motion, and softening through electromagnetic action. The welding technology that uses external heat source to soften is hot plate welding, hot air welding, hot bar and pulse welding.

1. hot plate welding may be the simplest plastic welding technology, but this method is especially suitable for the welding of large plastic parts which need large area welding surface. Generally, the plane electric heating plate will melt the two plane of the weld and quickly remove the electric heating plate and combine the two plane and add force to the cold. The welding method is simple and the welding strength is high. The shape design of products and welding parts is relatively easy. 2. hot air welding, when hot air flows directly to the joint area, leads to the fusion of filler metal with the base material in the joint area. The weld is formed by melting the filler material with the welding plastic. This welding method is light and easy to carry, but requires higher welding skills for operators.

3. the two technologies of hot rod and pulse welding are mainly used for welding thin plastic film with smaller thickness. And these two methods are similar, are all two thin films pressed together, the use of hot rods or nickel chromium wire generated instantaneous heat to complete the welding. Welding technology with mechanical movement softening: friction welding and ultrasonic welding;

1. friction welding: according to the moving track, it can be divided into a straight line type and a rotating type. The straight line can be used for the welding of the straight line weld and the plane welding, and the rotary type can be used for the welding of the circular weld. In the two part of the pressure, the friction heat generated during the friction process melts and melts the plastic parts of the contact parts until they are firmly fixed.

2. ultrasonic welding: use of high frequency mechanical energy to soften or melt the thermoplastics at the joints. The connected part is fixed together under pressure, and then passes through the ultrasonic vibration usually 20 or 40 kHz, and the transducer converts the high power vibration signal to the corresponding mechanical energy, applied to the contact interface of the plastic parts required to be welded, and the joint of the welding part produces the high heat in a sharp instant, thus making the molecule cross. For fusion, so as to achieve the welding effect. Ultrasonic welding process is very fast, the time of welding is less than a second, and it is easy to realize automation. It is widely used in various industries, such as electronics, electrical appliances, automobile parts, plastic toys, stationery supplies, daily necessities, crafts, cosmetics and other industries. The movement way welding is an automatic welding process, all needs the special welding equipment. Once the correct welding parameters are determined, the operator can stabilize production. Its advantages are: fast, flexible, short welding and stable and no flux or protective gas, no harmful gas or slag, the quality of welding is guaranteed. Electromagnetic technology softening welding technology: high frequency welding, infrared welding, laser welding;

1. high frequency welding: using the electromagnetic induction principle high frequency induction heating technology, penetrating plastic products to induce induction heating of the induction body or magnetic plastic embedded in the plastic parts. The welded plastic can produce heat in the fast alternating electric field, so that the welding parts can be softened and melted quickly, then fill the gap between the interface, and perfect it. The mechanical device assists the perfect welding. The most common way to generate high-frequency induction is to obtain a strong high frequency magnetic field by passing the high frequency current through the coil. The induction body (i.e. the heat generator) is generally made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel and other materials, but the magnetic composite plastic made by addition of magnetic material is also used. The products manufactured by this method include stationery clip, inflatable object, waterproof clothing and blood bag.
